Illuminated Intelligence is SOC 2 Type II certified, with annual audits performed by an independent third-party assessor. Our SOC 2 report covers the Security, Availability, and Confidentiality trust criteria. We are also GDPR compliant for our European customers and CCPA compliant for California residents. All customer data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Encryption keys are managed in AWS Key Management Service and Google Cloud KMS, with automatic rotation. We never store unencrypted credentials for your connected integrations — OAuth tokens and API keys are stored in dedicated, hardened secret managers separate from the application database.

User authentication supports email + password with optional TOTP-based two-factor authentication, and Single Sign-On (SSO) via Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Okta on the Growth plan and above. Inside the platform, role-based access control lets you grant the right level of access to each team member — owner, admin, editor, or viewer — and dashboard-level sharing supports row-level security for embedded use cases.

Illuminated Intelligence is hosted on Google Cloud Platform and AWS in US regions. We maintain a 99.9% uptime service level objective with redundant availability zones, automatic failover, and continuous backups. Our status page (linked from the footer) reports real-time platform health.

You own your data — full stop. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing you the product. We do not train AI models on your private data.
